My Story

I am a Yoga Therapist. My life's work is helping people feel whole in their bodies so they can thrive in every dimension of their lives. I believe deeply in that work. But I also recognized that a calling alone cannot build a legacy. And legacy — for myself, and for my children — is what I am here to create.
